Why
For those who are satisfied with the way of the world, change is unneccesary.
But those who realize the imperfections of our designs cause detrimental consequences, to far too many people, must find a way to regain the ballance that has been damaged, lost, or squandered.
The path to our human ideals has never been all that clear, desires and needs have gotten in the way of some semblance of harmony, and shared prosperity.
But blaming our fundamental nature is foolish and wasteful of our attentions and problem solving capacity.
Understanding our nature and learning the disciplines that allow us to maintain influence over our inclinations is more important.
The search for ballance necessitates discipline, but also by recognizing real needs and desires that we cannot hide from, only learning to restrain the excesses of...and encouraging the better self through an atmosphere of support and rewarding experiences.
We really do not have a global order or consciousness as much as a federation of ideas that hold us together, loosely and precariously.
Religion has tried to imprint itself on people, "educating" them, but more often than not by force, and manipulation of the options that are available for peoples expression.
Our history is littered with the consequences.
Secular approaches have failed because they have acted contemptuouly toward those traditions that are imbued in the minds of the majority of the worlds people, which cater to an interest and desire for immaterial meaning and meaningful being.
They have tried denying the very real desire for the mystical and the transcendent, which religion embraces and promotes but which the material world doesn't sate...failure was inevitable.
And there has never really been any middle path that sought to bring us together.
But the very real human needs and desires as expressed in the growing and strengthening global system, operating under a capitalist ethic, have made clear in their own way...indifferent to the spiritual and secular debates...that we have common interests, and that those are fundamental to our humanity...our common link that proves we are alike.
It was inevitable that in order to counter-ballance the excesses of this capitalisms drive of limitless lusts, something would have to arise, or else we would consume ourselves.
Something that would take into account these core issues and would not be a revolution or counter revolution, not an attack and not a surrender...something that would co-opt our excessive drives and use the energy in them to better ends.
Our mission is to show you that there is a way to ballance this world, without the feral and indifferent process of materialistic capitalism from diminishing our humanity by transforming all experience and things to products and services, commodities to be perpetually traded.
And without the parental minded socialisms and communisms that seek to define for people who they must be, perpetuating mediocrity, dull expectations of ones future and forever limiting the expression of individual virtues which give rise to needed changes in response to a changing environment in nature and human order.
We see the imperfections and have found ways that will help alleviate some long standing failings of the world we have created.
They are not solutions for all time, but they are solutions for our time, and we need to apply them soon and with deliberate and decisive effort, before the imballances of this world result in consequences we can no longer contain....
